QuestriaTerms of service
First published October 30, 2026.
These are the terms between you and Questria (questria.ai). By using the product you agree to them. They are written to be read.
The service
Questria builds playable campaigns, games, quizzes, websites and small apps from your descriptions, publishes them at their own address, hosts them, collects the sign-ups and counts the plays you ask it to, and lets you charge for them if you choose. The assistant is a machine: what it builds can be wrong, and you decide what goes live.
Your account
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One person, one account; an agency’s members use their own accounts and act for the agency through it.
Plans and payment
Free use is limited as the product describes. Paid plans are billed through Stripe monthly, or yearly where offered, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from the panel, taking effect at the end of the paid period. A plan carries a monthly allowance of model work; added usage, once bought, does not expire. Prices can change with notice; a change applies from your next renewal. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires one.
What you publish
You own what you make with Questria and what you put into it. You give Questria the permission it needs to host, serve, display and distribute your creations as the product does. You are responsible for your creations: that you have the rights to what is in them, that they obey the law and these terms, and that any sign-up form collects only what you are entitled to collect and says what it is for. We can take down a creation that breaks these terms or the law.
Agencies and clients
An agency may build for clients in client workspaces, share results pages with them, connect their domains and hand a workspace over to them. The agency is responsible to its clients for the work, for the leads it collects on their behalf, and for the terms between them. A client who accepts a hand-over gets a Questria account and takes the creations under these terms.
What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone’s rights.
- Collect personal information you are not entitled to, or use leads for anything the person who gave them would not expect.
- Attack, probe or overload the service, or use it to attack others.
- Resell the service itself as your own without an agreement with us. Reselling your creations and your work is what the Agency plan is for.
Our side
We will run the service with care and tell you about changes that matter. Things fail: a build can be wrong, a provider can be down, a campaign can be paused when a plan lapses. The service is provided as it is, and we make no promise it is uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow such limits.
Ending
You can stop at any time; your creations stay yours and can be exported or deleted. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we ever end the service, we will give notice and time to take your work with you.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Questions: edwardpaulpackard@gmail.com.
