QuestriaPrivacy
First published October 30, 2026. In plain words, with no hidden parts.
Questria (questria.ai) builds playable campaigns, games, quizzes and small apps from a description, publishes them at their own address, and reports how they do. This page says what information passes through it, why, and what you can do about it.
Who this covers
- Makers and agencies: people with a Questria account who build and publish.
- Clients: the businesses an agency builds for. They usually have no account; they see results pages.
- Players and visitors: anyone who opens a published campaign.
What we hold about makers and agencies
- Your account: the email address and name from your Google account or the email link you signed in with, and an identifier for it. No passwords are stored; sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication.
- What you make: your conversations with the assistant, the files it produces, the creations you publish, their covers and settings, and, if you turned it on, the short memory of facts you asked it to keep.
- Your plan and usage: which plan you are on, how much of your monthly allowance you have used, and your payment history as Stripe reports it to us. Card numbers never reach Questria; Stripe holds them.
- Agency details: your company name, mark, colours, website, team members’ emails, and your clients’ names and briefs.
What a published campaign collects
- Plays, completions, shares and button presses are counted, with the referring site and the country, so the maker can see how a campaign does. We do not build profiles of players and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.
- If a campaign has a sign-up form, what a player types into it (an email address and whatever else the form asks for) is stored for the maker who published it, and shown to the client when the agency chooses to share it. The maker or agency is responsible for how they use it; Questria holds it on their behalf.
- If a campaign uses Sign in with Questria, the player’s account email and name are held so their saves and leaderboard entries follow them. Players can ask to have this removed.
- Campaigns may use a small cookie on their own address to keep a player signed in. Questria sets no advertising cookies anywhere.
The assistant
Your conversations are sent to the model providers that power Questria to produce replies and code, and to search providers when the assistant searches the web. They are sent to do the work you asked for, not to train models on your data where the provider offers that choice, and we choose providers that offer it.
Where it lives, and for how long
Data is stored with Netlify and processed in the United States and Europe. Published creations stay live for as long as your plan or free week allows and are kept afterwards so they can come back when a plan does. You can delete a creation, a chat, a workspace or a lead at any time from inside the product, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything under it.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that run the product: Firebase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and storage), the model and search providers above, and, for push notifications you turn on, your browser’s push service. We share nothing with advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
Questria is for adults and for businesses. Do not publish campaigns aimed at children under 13 that collect personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can export or delete what you hold in the product yourself, turn memory and notifications off in the panel, and write to us to access, correct or delete the rest. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or Quebec’s Law 25; we honour them.
